Hi My toddler body is hot specially head from last 4 days .But He doesn't have fever . On thermometer temp is +- 97 .c

The baby, who is 2.5 years old, suffered a burn injury on the foot due to an electric kettle one month ago. I have been consulting a surgeon for the past month, and they prescribed Derbisae ointment for healing. However, the wound has not improved significantly. A skin specialist recently examined the wound and recommended escharotomy surgery after consulting a pediatric surgeon. So if the surgery is done it will be under local anesthesia or general anesthesia and if it risk for baby pls give suggestions

My daughter is 10 months and 15 days old and i have found out these weird dots on her leg, one on each leg, looks the same size. What is it ?

When we try to make our 6 month old baby stand on feet, she stands on left leg properly. However the right feet doesn't lie flat on ground. When we try to help her stand on both feet she bends and pushes the pelvis a little to the back. Is it normal as she just started to bear her weight on legs or is it something we should be concerned?
