Child Health Issues

My baby is passing yellow watery loose stools since two days. Went to the doctor yesterday. Prescribed antibiotic ofloxacin and metronidazole suspension siggesting bacterial infection. I did not give the medicine because ofloxacin is a no for children below 18years. Can anyone please suggest any other medicine for my baby.

My baby who is 2 years old and 12 kg weight  having black stool not fully black. He is taking watermelons so some chunks of it are also present. He is very active and taking food. No other problems. .Attaching picz. Please advice

Can I use goodnight in room as my baby is 8month..is it safe to leave it on at night.please advice...

My son who is 4 years old often keeps on getting stomach pain almost every week from past 5 to 6 months. In jan and Feb he had some stomach infection due to food poisoning,he don't eat junk, only home made food, he eats only banana no other fruits...what's the reason to get stomach ache every now and then and end up drinking syrup everytime,delpocalm...he himself starts crying and jumping when stomach is paining and ask us to take him to doctor...he drinks enough water also...he had low hb so Giving iron syrup from April but this stomach pain thing exists from December end...and he does potty everyday bit hard usually and now harder due to iron syrup

5. 5 months (preterm )old baby can smile following voice, leg movement is normal head control is slightly low(only during tummy time)othervise ok, put finger on mouth, roll a side but don't show any interest to grab things

Hi, This is regarding my 3 n half year old . I am a working woman so I am unable to give my complete time to my child. I see him throwing tantrums a lot these days and starting with behavioural issues. Tried talking to him softly as well not working. His food intake reduced drastically, more into playing nowadays. Tried all methods still unable to change his food intake. please help me with this as he will start his schooling in a month .

We are giving her entogermina and now stated with multivitamin as well since today..she is complaining of stomach ache Everytime..what to do?
