My 3.5 monzhs old baby has cradle cap we are using spoo shampoo but i dnt think it has changes even 1% pls suggest what to follow

My 5 year old son has cough everyday at night, from past so many months, doc informed chest clear, could be due to allergy, after many dosages of anti histamines and cough syrups n nebulisation, gave omnacortil syrup, was okay after medications for few days, again cough at night has started along with nasal congestion, giving him flucticase nasal spray, now another doctor told he has tonsils, should I consult an ent or what should I do, will antibiotics help in this case?

My daughter has been coughing (clear chest) sometimes for over a week.but since 2days back she started coughing after sleeping continuously and could stop after 2-3hrs. Then completely fine through out the day. Then again after dinner she started non stop coughing for over an hour. But slept later and didn't cough. Started again after waking up but by lunch she was fine and didn't cough when slept in noon. Coughing frequency was more during the day now. Today doctor prescribed Omnacortil 7ml - 2days - twice daily, cherricof 4m - 3 days - twice, Rantop 5ml - 2 days - twice. Surprisingly by giving only 1 dose of OMnacortil she is sleeping peacefully and not coughing since then. It's a steroid. Is it safe? I really don't want to compromise on her immunity for cough. I think she is having major reflux issue and not anything related to asthama or breathing. Should I continue giving her omnacortil as prescribed or reduce it to just once per day for 3 days? Please guide. 🙏

8 months old baby is having severe nasal blockage and dry cough. Doctor has suggested macbery drops.. 3 times a day.. Can these drops be given in dry cough?

My daughter is 15 months old and her weight is 7.3kg and she took nan-pro since birth and didn't take mother feed. Birth weight was 2.5 kg She is very active and keep on running whole day. Is this a normal weight for 15 months old and how to increase her weight. We give her seasonal fruits vegetables rice prantha ceralec etc

Please see the image attached. I had given iron drops to my baby after last feed and during tummy time she spitted this. She is 3.5 m on ebf. I am assuming this is iron n not blood. Please confirm as I am very worried.

My daughter is having cold and cough since one month. We giving her montair lc kids since one month with maxtra and Soventus junior. But as soon we stop maxtra and soventus jr. She again get cold and cough . But montair lc is continuously she is taking. So now doctor has stopped montair lc kid and given her lorinol 10 half tablet. Is it safe to take lorinal 10. As online mentioned not to give in child below 12 year old

My baby is 1 year and 15 days old and he weighs 7.9 kgs. His birth weight was 2.9 kgs. Is it loo less ? He has started walking and is very active.
