Hello Doctor, My 3 months old  baby boy private part is not opening. Is it true to open baby boy private parts through putting oil in it  since the baby born as our elders says. As a doctor you guys please suggest how it will open. Is there any procedure to open it or any creme for this. I am very worried.

Tests for New Born

Hi My daughter was born on 1st Dec 2020 and till now she hasn't been screened for any anomaly. Meaning, no tests are conducted. I plan to go for following tests proactively: G6PD Thalesemia Sickle cell Anemia Phenylketonurea Galactosemia S. Bilirubin Phenylalanine Cystic Fibrosis 17-Hydroxy progesterone Biotinidase I want to know if I am already late to get these tests done? Some people told me that these tests shall be conducted within 48-72 hours of baby birth. Would it be fine if I still go for these tests? Last question, please let me know if any of the above test is not important or if I missed any crucial test? Thanks
