Child Health Issues

My baby has issue related to acid reflux . She vomits daily  atleast 1 time . Doctor told there is no medication or treatment to such babies it will gone as she grow. She is gaining just 100 gm per month from last 3 months. We are giving her ragi,potato purie,khichadi and pumpkin purie what other weight gaining food we can start so that she can atleast gain average weight

Hello, My 10 month old baby had viral fever of 103 last week.She took Azee 200 ,Calpol ,meftal ,then it came down.Yesterday I saw her temp was 98.5 in evening,while at night it was 97.3.and in early morning 95.3.Is it normal..or I should show pediatric..pediatric asked to do blood test for dengue before but didn't do as fever subsided in 3rd day so doctor told not to do test.please advice. Thanks
