1 month old baby not pooping

My baby girl is 5 weeks old.from last week she is poooing once in 3 days or once in 2 days..is this normal?till 4th week she use to poop daily...now once in 3 days...then again 3 days with no poop...she is on exclusive beeaat feeding. Peeing 5 or 6 times daily

Baby is anemic

My baby is 8 months 25 days old, weighs 8.8 kg. I took her to paediatrician, she told by looking at her skin that she is anemic, she has prescribed her befer drops which contains ferrous ascorbate and folic acid, 1 ml after every alternate day for 1 month. She don't advise for cbc. Is cbc necessary? What all food i can give her at home ?
