I have 7 days baby girl.. She is having loosemotion since two days and today I observe that she is having light yellow colour in her eyes as well as in her skin. But she is having no fever and any other problem.. Sleeping properly and other things are ok kindly give me suggestion what to do

My son is 5 month old and he is in formula feed . Today we noticed his poop is look like honey sticky with few black dots . I have attached picture for reference. Also past 3 days he is making some diff sound always , this is the sound he used to make while poop. But past 3 days all the time he use to make this sound . While playing or carrying him he doesn't make this sound . He is making this sound while lay on the bed only without giving attention to him . Plz advice .

My son all of sudden is crying while urinating at night,whole night he is unable to sleep bcuz of this he had a history of fever before couple of days and has taken azee and meftagesic now no fever but has a rash for which I am giving atarax and since yesterday he is cryiny while urinating. My baby one year 8 months.we are giving valparin syrup, topomac and frisium for seizure as prescribed by doctor. Today after taking medicine she vomited within half an hour m so we gave the dosage again. But she vomited again. Should we give her the dosage again? We are much concerned. Doctor told not to give. Will any pblm occur?
