My 2.4 year old daughter knows all her rhymes, alphabets she learned from cartoons and videos. But she don't know how to do normal conversation. She speaks all english letters with the words very clearly but when we ask her how us she and where something is...she is not able to reply or understand and she sing any rhyme instead. What should we do?

Hi Doctor, My son and husband had fever 10 days back both came back to normal after 2 days. My husband is tested positive for corona after the fever and hospitalized,he also has no symptoms , my test results are negative and taking care of my son in home. I am worring about my son, he is 2 1/2 years old. He has no symptoms of corona except the fever he had. My son only first had fever and then my husband got affected.   Do i need to test for him. Many of them say not to test for babies. Please let me know what to do.
