Child Health Issues

My daughter has high temperature today it was 100.7 it is same from last 3 days.but her activities are normal.she is eating properly. Is it fever ? Should I take medication? We came from delhi to village and here the weather was too hot .is it due to that?

Dear sir Attached photo Baby age 15 days weight 3.500 While he wake even in a day time also his one of eye was looks like something fill in that pls advice any drop and reason pls how it will go because since a week it was same looks .. we r cleaning with cloth but again after sleep same happens once he wakeup.
