Polio drops query
My Kid is 15days old and first dose of Polio has been given after 3days of birth, from today polio drops campaign has been started may I take my kid for polio drops again or its okay not to given because after a month there will be another dose of polio drops will be given as per vaccination chart, please suggest

Hi You can give polio drops during campaign.. and continue with routine vaccination.. It helps to build up herd immunity

Pulse Polio is an immunisation campaign established by the government of India to eliminate infection by polio virus in India by vaccinating all children under the age of 5 years against the polio viruses.   Even though ur baby got vaccination as per immunization shedulde then also  need to give this polio drops to attain additional protection from polio infection.  Every child under 5yrs of age should be get this polio drops on 31st  Jan 2021  Go and get it done

If within 10 days polio drop is given then no need to take polio drops again

At 1.5 month it is Ipv . injectable polio vaccine wil be given
