My son is 5 months old,he get pcv vaccination yesterday morning and his temperature increased 100.5 in the evening,i gave him crocin 120 12 drops..temperature get normal,but now his temperature flactulate 98.9 98.3 98.0...he is fussy and uncomfortable

Hello, I have a new born 13 days ago. Her weight at time of delivery was 3.4kg. i started having breast milk from day 4. But my daughter sleeps a lot and will not feed while sleeping. She needs to be awake. Hence my feed is generally at interval of 4 hours. And at night i will feed her at 12 am and then next feed will be 7 am. Now my baby weighs 3.1 kg at 13th day. Is this ok or something is not right?

My 2 months old child removes all milk within 30 minutes of breast feeding. Initially doctor asked us to feed the child through spoon and breast feed just for few minutes. With spoon fed he didn't threw everything out but the moment my wife breast fed him he threw everything immediately. Medicines prescribed : Rantac Syrup & Junior LNzol. Since nothing improved in 2 weeks of follow up , we went to another doctor he asked us to stop spoon feeding completely and to follow breast feeding only even if baby vomate. He added a medicine : Perinorm. No improvement even after 3 days. Please guide me
