If my child is hyperactive, how to deal

My kid is 4years now, and she is always full of energy, wants to do lot of things at a time. She is very good in studies as per her age, but her concentration is very weak, she is never ready to sit. And she had been lately staying home bcz of pandemic. These days she is getting very impatient. I am worries. Should I go n check with Dr personally to know if she is undergoing any problem? Or it's fine for kids of her age? Please reply. Thank you in advance

This is likely a temporary phase and will settle down with time. You should try to take her out to gardens etc as now many places are unlocked. If there is still doubt, you can visit a child psychologist Also you should consider mediation of some sutable sort. If child can't do it herself, you can do it with her and she can listen
