My baby has mild fever his body temperature is little higher than yesterday can i give paracetamol drops and which brand is good for babies he is 6 months old now

You can give any brand of paracetamol if temperature is more than 99.4 deg F

First take temp..if it is more then 99.5 then only give PCM drops...
