My 3 months old baby have white discharge from left eye and eye is watery. When he wake ups from night sleep eye is fully covered by that dirt . White discharge becomes dry and very difficult to remove. Please suggest?

22 month baby having cough...13.5 kg baby.she is also having runny nose.thick nasal secretion which blocks nose and nasal crusting ,continuous running nose and moderately coughing throughout day and more at night..which disturbs sleep..these symptoms for last 4 to 6 days...plz prescribe medicine.we are taking necessary precaution .

Dear sir My brother daughter age 3 yrs sometime she get vomits since long back after food Now recently she was had  stomach pain they went checkup and some tests done after that doctor adviced to admit at hospital and after 48 hrs he said appendix surgery need to be done .. Might be tomarow surgery they planning .. We don't have proper communication withy brother becoz some clashes we have .. My question is what is the reason for appendix and surgery process and after surgery how to take care pls advice all steps am worrying . Thankyou
