Child Health Issues

My son is 3 month 20 days old , last few days ( 4 days ) he starting screeming in the sleep and this happen every 3 hours once . When we try to con ole him he is not opening his eyes and continue crying. Kindly advice . Feeding, active and sleep every this is normal .

My child is 2.5 year old but he can't speak till now chillata hai easy easy bolta hai vowel bol leta hai but koi meaningful word nhi bolta

Dear doctor, My son speech is low sometimes while taking and playing.. but he speak loud also.. I don't know.. habitual or how...  last time when ear infection was there.. when I went doctor treated for ear infection. And said may be have adenoid, doctor said.. but my baby sleep close mouth and no  sound while spleeping .. but observed .. frequent getting illness. Like cold cough... others... So how should I go... Any suggestions please..  Thanks..

Our baby is one year and one month old. She typically stays well during the day. But at almost every alternate night she she cries too much and the reason is almost always stomach ache. We tried giving medicines like neopeptine or colicare when situations are extreme. But we also realised that it is due to the gas formation. The typical food for her is Cerelac and one solid food meal in a day. What can be done to get rid of this problem?

My daughter was born iugr at 38 weeks. She was red in color when she was born and doctor suggested to use calamine lotion. Now she is 4 months old. I am bathing her daily with nalpamardai tailam. My baby is 6 months n preterm baby 35 weeks+6 days.by birth he was affected by jaundice bcz am a rh negative mother.nw he is k.can I give shelcal syp to my baby ? My 1st baby also preterm baby 35 weeks n I gave shelcal syp to him at 6 th month.he is preterm n formula fed baby so this syp n other vitamin ldrops also very important so tats y.nw he s taking zincovit0.5 ml od,vit d3 0.5 ml of,livogen 0.5 ml od. So can I add shelcal syp n how many times hv to gv per day plz clarify.thank you.
