Baby refusing to eat
Hi , my girl is 10 month old, till 9th month she was eating all kind of vegetable and fruit purees, from past one month she is not showing intrest nor eating anything except rice and ragi porridge. She just throws out or dosent open mouth for any kind of fruits, vegetables or food we eat.But she shows intrest in junk foods like biscuits and all.She is breast fed still. Please help me wat to do for this??

Don't worry. Babies go through these phases of eating less. Continue breastfeeding till 2 years of age. Offer a variety of home cooked foods. You can search for recipes on internet. Avoid biscuits and maida and packaged foods as they cause stomach issues. Also they may have colours and additives which are harmful to babies. She will eat what's needed for her growth. So no need to worry. If she is irritable, meet a pediatrician

Offer watever nutritious food items she likes....avoid sweet items around meal time...try varieties of food items....

Hi, Reduce breast feeding and increase complementary feeds. Children are pussy eaters. Change the menu and try different recipes that look colourful too.
