My son 9 month 3 days old. He was fine as eating food and breastfeeding well till yesterday night. Since morning after he has his breakfast of bachani which he eats every morning after an hour he throws everything. After he has braesfeed that also he has throws up after somtime. Also the lunch of khichdi he throws after one small bowl of eating. Although he doesn't refuse to eat or feed. But he couldn't help that it just throwing up. What should I do? Is this the sign he will be teething soon.?

My sister's baby (8 months old) is having fever for four days. Doctor nearby suggested ibugesic syrup for the baby. We gave 1ml after which baby feels normal, again temperature rises in night or late evening. This is happening for 2days now. Pls suggest what to do now or help with any other medications.
