Child Health Issues

My baby is 2 months old girl. Now a days when I am feeding, sounds are coming in her stomach like running water. Why is happening ,any problem. She is on breast feeding only.

Doctor I have a baby. Boy baby. He is just 7 months old. He weighs 8 kgs approx. I'm worried that he is not gained much weight. September month he had a vaccine. During that time he weighed 7.6 kgs only. I feel he did not gain much weight. Is that OK??? 7 months completed and 8th month going on now. V have strtd feeding him rice porridge, ragi porridge, apple banana papaya puree also. Plus he has milk in between during day. Night milk during his sleep. Is thus weight gain OK?? Shud I have to do something else. Pls advice

My baby is 15 days old she is having very small small pimples on her face and forehead. She is wearing woolen cap and I am using himalaya baby cream on her face. And I am giving her massage of mustard oil,... What should I do for those pimples?? I have attached picture also.

My 2 year old girl is not speaking more words yet.She is blabbering something.She is singing some rhymes.and saying 1 to 10.if she wants anything,she is conveying through actions.She understands everything.

My son was suffering from fever (102) since monday evening .. The doctor has prescribed him mefkind forte (5ml) thrice a day and clarithrol (3ml) Twice a day and by thursday his condition has got improved but he is not eating anything not even drinking water. He is pointing his finger towards inside part of his jaws and crying whenever i am offering him anything to eat or drink. From past two days he is not eating properly not even drinking water. Please help me..

Dear doctor as I mentioned in title head..my baby not eating anything..and he is not interested at food any time...and he can't take solids food because he is not learn at to take inside by chowing or biting ...so if we feed semi liquid then he can eat...and always he has a vomiting sensetion when having solids food... please doctor any natural appetite booster and any solution for this all problems Thank you so much
