Hi,
Nothing to worry. Please mention baby’s birth weight and current weight.
Babies double their weight by 5 months abs as babies grow older the feeding time reduces and duration between feeds increases. This is normal.
Next Steps
If baby is active and passing urine adequately, nothing to worry

Thank you for your question and it’s great that you are monitoring the urine output too along with the weight.
Generally we advise exclusive breastfeed till six months but in some cases mother’s milk becomes insufficient according to baby’s demand or milk production reduced. I suspect your case is also going on the same way and so you can start some complimentary food along with.

Health Tips
Start some complimentary food and increase your diet so that milk production increases
