See fresh food is always better than ready made foods, what I say that appropriate way of feeding affects kids development and family life, Iam specially working for that. Must consult paediatrician and this is the best time for this.
Next Steps
consult paediatrician online or in clinic

Home cooked food is better than cerelac etc  after 6 months of age as it's fresh. Also cerelac may has additives and colours etc whose effect may not be good for baby. Also it may cause digestion issues

Cerelac is very costly about Rs 700 per kg and I do not recommend it. At five months the baby should have either breastmilk or formula, not celerac. Cerelac is not needed ever for your baby. Exclusively breastfeed till six months, and then continue on to solids and continue to breastfeed as well for 2 years or as long as you are comfortable.
