Can I give cerelac to my kid?
Hi, my son is 5 months old. He is not taking formula milk and feels always hungry after breast feeding too. We are planning to give ragi porridge. Can I give stage 1 cerelac ? Due to multiple opinion in google I am getting confused whether to give cerelac or not

Complimentary feeding can be started in few cases at around 5 months. If you wish to start the same, please introduce home prepared foods instead of packaged foo products.
To begin with you can start with vegetable soup /thin moong dal . Later on add banana /steamed apple/papaya
