Small small pimples like rashes all over
My daughter is 3 years old , she is getting small small pimples like rashes more near underarms , near things, bumps and hands . We hv been applying coconut oil but it appears more in numbers nd it's itching . Pl suggest,she doesn't hv any fever very active nd normal
