Hello parent
It's usually not required to use such creams. The whole idea is to keep the area clean n dry which can be done by frequent change of diaper and keeping atleast 2 hr of diaper free period. Clean the area with running water and pat it dry at the time of diaper chage. U can apply coconut oil as well
