Baby Diaper rash

Asked for Male, 35 Years

My baby boy of 9 months is having severe diaper rash, near by his inner thighs, genitals areas and bum. As it's redness there more, we are using diaper rash cream cetaphil in every diaper change. But it's not working and worsening. Any other cream we can use like b4 nappi Or any other.
