My 3 yrs old son is suffering from constipation. He poos in gap of 4 to 5 days.. What should I do, I am a banker and I stay with him only night time

My 3 month old son is spitting milk a lot, it is around 20 times a day. Jusy after feed he spits plain milk, but after some times curdled milk. Due to this his sleep gets disturb and unable to take proper rest. He spits milk slightly out of mouth, not as vomits. His urine is normal and gaining weight also.

This is making me very week. Which doctor should I consult? Pediatrician or gynecologist? Is there a way to stop bleeding. Thanks

My 11 year old son have fever since morning. Had had cold since yesterday evening... I gave him sinarest 5 ml today morning 9 am .. and calpol 325 mg half tablet 11.30 am. .. Lmontus  kid 1 tab afternoon ar 1.45 .. Morning fever is 99.8 ..after medicine upto 99.8 at 12.30 pm today.. after bath ..99.5 at 1.45 .pm.. .
