Child Health Issues

2 year old boy spitting saliva , not eating and drinking since morning.he has mild fever also.please suggest

Hi doctors First thing My son is now 1 years and 6 month old . weight is 10.5 kg while his birth weight was 2.9 kg. His weight has not been increasing steadily for past 4-5 months he was 10 kg on 1 year.when was 9 month old weight 9 kg. Then after 14 months his weight was 10kg 800gm. And last month his weight was 10kg 400gm. Second thing From last 1 month I am noticing lymph nodes on neck behind ear on head. 2-3 nodes are soft and painless. No change in skin around nodes. When I touch its look soft . sometime reduced but not hide completely . and sometimes swallow. Don't know what is that. Third thing His appetite not good . he doesn't eat anything with his own desire. Every time he feed forcefully . Forth thing His forehead palm and toe feel warm most of time. His CBC report is good . HB is 13.4 Now my concerns is why my baby not gaining weight. I am worrying about tuberculosis . But no cough no breathing issue. Only no weight gain no desire for food and warm parts Help me pls

My baby is 23 mnth from last 2days i stopped her feeding due to which my breast feel heavy but no pain no redness before stopping feeding of my baby she use to feed at the interval of 3 4 hrs but suddenly i stop feeding her my question is due to which lump are not created in my breast so wht should i do so that lump r not formed but there is no exstrem painor redness in breast only heavy ness

My daughter is 3 months old. She has Diahorrea for the past 11 days. Watery, green and frothy 10-15 times a day. She has no other symptoms, active and taking good feeds. Pediatrician prescribed zinc suspension syrup for 14 days, and said it will resolve slowly. Stool test showed no issues(luekocytes - occasional) My question is, can she take 2.5 month's vaccine during this time?

My baby is 8 days old, can you please help me with the following? 1. When can I start bathing my newborn? Currently sponging her once a day. 2. When can I start applying baby lotion and baby powder on her (after patch testing)? I will use Sebamed for lotion and Chicco for powder.
