Hello dr, Baby is 5months old. His stool report is attached. He passes stool 7-8 times very watery and with lot of mucus. Plz guide is this infection? What treatment he needs? He is exclusively breastfed. Not given anything from outside

My 19 months old son Vedant has been suffering from constant cough and cold from past 2 months, even though we have been giving him ayurvedic cough syrup, Balbhadra syrup and oxy syrup along-with home remedies such as kadha (made of Tulasi, black pepper, ginger), jaiphal with honey, garlic mustard oil massage etc. Most common symptoms include coughing with  sometimes sneezing and running nose .Occasionally, congestion seems more high with blocked nose, open mouth, noisy breething. It all started first on June 14th with sneezing, watery eyes and running nose which was followed by high fever (about 103 degrees) for 2 days. Post medications fever was gone but cough have been almost persistent since then. In this period of twice or thrice in between we felt some improvements but cold and cough reappeared every time. Kindly suggest the remedy/treatment for him to get rid of this soon.

Can I give this ORS to my 6 month old for loose motion. He is passing watery and green poop 8 -10 times a day.

Hello sir Baby age 1 and  half year weight 10kgs . Since yesterday having little vomit and cough .. kindly advise good syrup any we started He don't have fever 98.5 but his forehead was hot when I touch don't understand Atm 200 syrup Ambrodryl s Any changes pls tell thanks

My baby vomits after feed so I just want to clear a doubt is my diet that makes my baby to vomit after feeding or there is no any issue with mother's meal with baby's vomiting. Other reason I've already working on may be it's about burping and holding him in upright position but still he vomits so U thought would be this reason as I have started regular meals after a month.

My son 3 weeks old is being awake at stretch for 6-7 hours. He wakes up at 9 am and then don't sleep until 2 pm same pattern from last few days. After 2 PM he sleeps comfortably till 12 midnight. And then some disturbed sleep in the night. Is it ok for a newborn to be awake for 6-7 hr at strech or there could be some issues.

Is baby is overweight.he is taking formula milk nan pro .taking 150 ml after every 3 hours. Is this milk is causing overweight.please reply

My baby spit-ups or vomits after feeding even after burping him and holding in upright position don't know why. But my doubt is once he vomits shall I feed him again or wait for him to demand. ( Baby is one and half month old)

My 2 month old drinks milk at around 10 PM and then wakes up at around 3.30 or 4 AM for another feed. Should i wake her in the middle or should i feed when she wakes up. Jer weight is 4.8 kg
