Child Health Issues

My daughter is 45days old and today we took her 1st dose of DTwP1,IPV1/OPV, Heb-B2, HIB 1 vaccines. As per the vaccine slot PCV 1 is also included. But doctor informed me that PCV1 as optional one and not mandatory. Is it mandatory to give PCV1 vaccine? Or I can skip? Please advise

My daughter is 1 month old. Can i lay my baby to lay on stomach for few seconds or not. If so then duration of laying Can i just hold baby's one leg and hand in one hand and other leg and hand in other hand to hang her in air while massage or not for few seconds.

My son 2.4 year old has been suffering with fever since a week and it became normal yesterday but his cold and phlegm elevated. We gave febrox, antibiotics as per doc suggestion and for cough macbery (4ml) but i do not see any difference, even after 4 hours now its the same and temp is back to 99.6. Can somebody help me or come online to suggest what needs to be followed now

Hi Doc, I have been regular with my 4.5 yr daughters yearly flu vaccine, however couldnt get it last year due to lockdowns and stuff. I desperately want tp get it this year, Please advise of I can get her the vaccination, and what is the best month to get it. Also just concerned of its after effects since 3rd wave too is round the corner! Anticipating your response Regards

My kid turned 5 year old on 2nd of Sep.We are out of city currently and may be for next 3 months.So don't have the vaccine card/schedule with us currently. Please advise if we can wait 3-4 months for 5 year old vaccination/immunization. Thanks and Regards

Hello Doctor For my 11 yr old son , we r giving 325 mg sos half  calpol tab..with Lc montus kid 1 tab ..plus 100mg zifi twice in day. He is having running nose..no cough . Pls suggest any other medicine required along with . Yesterday Max fever was 99.8 ... Today is 98.8. .post 1 calpol dose today.. ..weight 35 kg.. appreciate your time. Thanks ...

My 3 month old son is spitting milk a lot, it is around 20 times a day. Jusy after feed he spits plain milk, but after some times curdled milk. Due to this his sleep gets disturb and unable to take proper rest. He spits milk slightly out of mouth, not as vomits. His urine is normal and gaining weight also.
