My son aged 2 yr 4 months has been suffering from a rash in lower eyelid since 8 days.its red and some pus oozed out last saturday.since then it's red and not curing.i gave some eye drops for a day.He is not touching it so it's not itching or problematic to him I think.But I'm worried alot.He has cold and little cough during sleep.i am giving flucold syrup since 2 days.plz suggest something to cure his eye prblm.Do I need to get consultantation with a doctor...plz advice..I hereby attach his eye pic..

I have seen the picture . It is conjuctivitis.Take care of Hygiene. Wash your eyes regularly. Use clean personal napkins and towel. Use disposable tissues to clean eyes. Use ciplox 250 mg three times a day. For 4- 5 days. Use ciplox drops in both eyes. Always instill drops in normal eye first ,then other affected eye 5times a day.

Warm compresses: Wet a clean washcloth with >warm water. Hold it on the affected eye for 15 minutes.
>Massage: Gently massage the eyelid a few times a day. Massage for a few minutes each day, using light to medium pressure.
