Swelling in eyelids
My 2 year old daughter is having swelling in upper and lower eyelids. There is no pain or irritation. But this started 3 months ago with the left upper eyelid, that has gone but again came up in the right upper eyelid. Now in lower eyelids. What is this? How to make it go away?

Seems to be a chalazion.
You need to visit an ophthalmologist for consultation.
For now try cold compressed two to three times a day. Keep the child hydrated and you can put CMC eye drops for keeping the eyes moist.
