My 6 months old baby giving pressure while urinating and also droplets urine  but not all the urination. He is very active. Is it normal

My son is 1year and 10 months old. Can he take pneumococcal vaccine now. What are the  precautions required for that, where can I get that vaccine?

My baby is 76 days old. We are from kerala. In our culture we normally done ear piercing within 28 days from the born of the baby. But my baby weight is low in the time.
