My old 8 month old baby having loose motions her weight is 8.6 she is doing motion at least 4-5 times in hour thin watery motion please suggest some medicine for her with details how much ml I have to give her and how many times??

Dear doctor, My baby is 2.5 month old...from 10 days he is doing dark green stool and today he did loose motions in green colour.. My milk supply is low.. Since from his birth I put on formula milk...I m giving both formula+ breast feeding...Nan Pro 1 is giving... His weight gain is normal.. I just wanted to know that is there any harm in giving FM?? How should I increase my milk and how to know whether on Breastfeeding his stomach is getting full??? Whenever I tried to put on Breastfeeding at every hour he gets hungry...and he takes only 5 min milk... And FM he takes upto 400ml in a day... Is it normal ? Loose green stool? FM? I m actually very stressed and confused what to do? And I m giving milk from bottle coz he is not taking milk from vati and spoon

My baby girl 2 year old. Yesterday we went to see doctor for review. She's on medication for seizures. But when we entered doctors room. She was excited seeing many toys and started playing. But she's not able to sit in a place. She goes here and there. But she doesn't do this at home. She listens to stories. She sits calm while I'm giving food.
