My 2 year old son has vomit and fever
Hi doctor, my 2 year old babby has started suddenly vomiting from yesterday night and vomited around 7 times with in 24 hours.. Even water is getting out.. And since today morning he has light fever .. No cough no cold.. Please help me out. Wht could eb the cause of it..

We will relieve his vomiting. If the child is not drowsy and is active, no seizure, give domstal 1tsf stat . Repeat if needed after 4- 5 hours. Diet light soft rice  and curds.   If any problem  report to hospital for IV Drip and investigation. We are available .Always consult with prior appointment. Hygiene , Hydration to be followed.

It could be gastritis.keep giving ors.if passing urine ok,nothing to worry.should settle down.it may follow loose stool.

Give domstal suspension 3.5ml thrice a day for vomiting. If baby is not passing urine, is weak or dehydrated or if vomiting continues, visit a pediatrician immediately and she may need admission. Cause is infection usually due to outside food or drink or during travelling.
