Child Health Issues

My 8 weeks old baby got vaccinated(govt phc) on Wednesday. Gave 2 doses of fepanil that day though she didn't have fever more than 99.1 and had lots of pain. Then all was well. Friday night temperature started to rise and it was 101 today morning 2am. So gave her fepanil and the temperature is again 100.4 now. Is it normal to develop fever 3 days after vaccination. Is it ok to give paracetamol to 8weeks old?

I found this on my 4yr old's lips as she woke up and I was brusing her teeth. She is definitely not hurt. She doesn't have any allergies. The affected area is dry. She usually has dryness her skin type is dry. Please suggest what is this. How can I help her. I applied Vaseline.

My 2 months old used to take ossopan D, kidicare,D3 vitamins...but since 3 days we didn't give any medicine..today her stool became black...
