Hi sir , 4 month baby is feverish like .. 98.7°c .. he is not active from morning. Mother got viral fever 2 days back and its bit reducing temperature 97.8° c for her . Is it ok to get give babygesic drop(how many dose), kindly suggest which is best for baby n If required wil visit clinic . Please help doctor. Please advice

20 months old boy, occasionallyy doing iching since 3 to 4 days . No local changes,rash, redness etc. Bowel and bladder habits normal. Not crying while urination and defecation. He is eating every thing along with mother's milk. No fever. Using diapers moderately. Sleep - regular. We r using coconut oil, used neem oil ,After defecation. Washing inners properly. With hot water. Every thing is normal about the child except iching.
