Can I give sinarest syrup...dose and duration...plss tell Since 2 days...moderate fever...no other symptoms

Hi doctor, today is second day my 4 months old baby girl is suffering from fever . I am giving here Crocin drops but still not getting cure what to do she is feeding but she is not active today what to do what could be the reason pls suggest what to do thanks in advance

My nephew is sick his temperature is little below 102` F. What am i suppose to do to make him better?? As i have any child specialist surrounded my current location.

My 4 months old baby is a gassy in general.. he got viral fever n giving him paracetamol since yesterday.. he is getting extremely fussy in the evening.. last night he refused breast n crying nonstop in closed eyes n his face color also turned blackish red.. I took him on shoulder n rocked him n he calm gown n burped n passed some gas n then he got back to normal.. after paracetamol his farting is increased. He even got some red heat boils kind near ears, head n one on lips.. today it looks reddishness reduced.. Is this normal behaviour when baby get such fever? Is they get more gassy when they are sick? He is on breast milk only.. can I give him mactose drops as I feel gas is troubling him.. ? Please advise

Hello doctor Mu daughter age is 19 months . She was suffering from fever from last few days. Now she has no fever from last 2 days but she is not doing urine properly from last 2 days. She is doing hardly 3 to 4 times in very less amount . Is it normal or not and what is the reason for that. Kindly suggest the treatment. Iam attaching the doctor slip for your reference.

My baby is about 6months can we use walker for him as he right now not walking naturally so is it ok to put him on Walker???

5 days before my daughter suffering from fever we go to clinic doctor prescribed medications and within 3 days she recovered but we saw some redness on her hands ear so we thought this is measules we go to clinic doctor prescribed tests and dengue positive her platelets count 1 lakh 9 thousand and SGPT 28 IU/L  (09-43). Doctor told us admit in hospital so what we do please suggest since 72 hours she has no fever but some redness seen on hands

For past 15 days most of times when my 2 year old who is healthy otherwise urinates ants are attracted to his urine is this an indicater of suger in urine should I take him to get checked Or is it normal
