Kindly tell what to do in prominent right renal pelvis...I m attaching the report...any issues in this

Since June 2021, my 8 yr daughter has developed a white patch on her forehead. It's non itchy and painless. There is also a slight vertical depression in that area. She is born natural- with forceps. I am not able to figure out if this pressed area was before or recently developed. Please advice.

My daughter was diagnosed with neonatal thrombocytopenia and then she recovered after 20 days. She is a very smart child, she is very intelligent, understands everything, Speaks a lot of words but she does not make a sentence on her own. We have been trying to make her talk but she is not talking. Her eating patterns are also not good, she eats very less and is towards lesser weight. we are both working and live in a nuclear family.

Last month 1 month ulcer came in my child's mouth and it gone after 10 days. This month also 1 mouth ulcer came and gone. Now 1 small bump in the gum and it is not looking as mouth ulcers but it is little bit different. I attach a photo of same. Please guide me for this.

Hi doctor, My baby is 1 year and a month old . She had cough n cold .doctor has prescribed 'kofarest/cofstop-A/noxcold-CS/ultikof/LCF kid(5 ml/1.25mg) .2.5ml to be given 2 times. Medicine bought  from same hospital pharmacy. They have given Asta-4. I checked this only after coming home. My dilemma is is it safe to use this one for cough as it is not the mentioned one from among .kindly clarify . As it is baby's medicine ..have concern.

For baby's gas problem which medicine good COLICAID DROPS OR NEOPEPTINE DROPS. Plz guide doctor. Baby is 3.5 months.

My son is having fever for last 3 days accompanied with running nose. We have got checked with a doctor yesterday who prescribed anti-biotic & cough syrup and Crocin. However, fever reduces and increase again to 102. Could it be something else or just cold? pls advise. Regards
