Child Health Issues

My 8yr son has itching around his anus during night.i noticed little amount of  clear fluid coming out from anus.there is also tiny lumps but it disappear after soaking in warm water.pls Help.

My son is 8 months old and he is having loose stool for the past 1.5 week but inbetween for the past 3 days he was going normal motion but from yesterday again it started with the loose stool. Have attached his loose stool image as well. and we are regularly giving zinc dry powder suspension and last week given TAXIM-o dry syrup for 4 days. Please suggest why its happening and any remedies to overcome this. Note : he is active and going regular urine and no vomit.

My 9-month-old son has been given paracetamol liquid and antibiotics powder by the doctor for fever, can he be given antibiotics alone for five days or both if the fever goes away?

Hello doctor‚ My daughter is 5 years old . Earlier I use to add supplements ( pediasure/ Horlicks growth plus) in milk for her. I have stopped it now from the past 3 months as both of them contains high levels of sucrose in it. I would like to know that can I continue with plain milk for her or I do need to add any supplement? Which supplement will you suggest ( if any)?. She is also having pains in her legs at night which wakes her up in the middle of night. What to do for that? Thank you Regards
