Child Health Issues

My 4 year old son had viral fever exactly 30 days back and today again he had fever 101 . his weight is 21 kg. What is reason of fever occuring again? No history of any disease? Do i need to have some test?

My baby is 1 minth 10 days old she sleeps in my lap or on shoulder but when kept down she gets up from sleep immidiately and tries to remove her hands and terribly fight the swaddle...and cries a lot.. If I remove her hands from the swaddle she cries even more and tries to suck her fingers and hands in mouth ... Pls help me She just can't forget to remove her hands from swaddle as soon as i keep her down on bed to sleep.. And with her hands removed she can't even fall asleep she keep moving her hands.. And if we swaddle her she sleeps in arm bt once she is down she fights the swaddle to remove...

My baby is 2.5 month old..and I m.not getting enough milk. Since he born m giving Formula milk nan Pro 1... After one month I started feeding milk from bottle... Hi Doctor, Need your advise on the lactation part, My son is not able to latch to feed him. Currently we are using electric pump and store in thr bottle and feed him.
