My daughter is having fever in range of 102 to 103 .gave calpol but fever cones after 4 hours

You can give paracetamol in the dose prescribed by your doctor once in 4 or 6 hours for 2 days
please mention the age and weight of the child
If the child is dull or not able to take food or not voiding urine 6 to 8 times per day or breathless, then take her to the paediatrician
