My 4 year old son is very naughty & active. Almost every day he keeps falling and bumping here and there. He gets bruises in the exposed shin areas. There are no bruises anywhere else in the body . But shin are has multiple bruises (pics attached ) . Is this common ?

Dr, my 6 months baby girl getting dry cough since yesterday afternoon,pls suggest shall we consult dr or shall we give tulasi water

In my 18 weeks ultrasound two echogenic foci were found in baby left ventricle Do they effect the baby? Do they vanish on their own? Should I continue eating calcium supplements?is it because of calcium supplements that my baby has foci in heart?

My baby coughing past two days and from yesterday night ha faces blocked nose so we used saline drops last night even though he couldn't make a good sleep yesterday due to dry cough more frequently but he is active and  taking food very well no fever or vomiting, he is for formula milk fed. please suggest any syrup for cough and blocked nose and do I need worry about this as sleep get disturb due to frequent cough

Is their any mandatory vaccination for a 9 months old baby boy? Why I'm asking is because the vaccination card doesn't show any vaccine to be scheduled after 9 months.

My baby girl 2 year 4 months old. From yesterday night she's having mild cold. Can I put nasivion drops? I don't know whether it can be used for kids. Last time I used neoclick. But I did not get that brand now in market. My doubt is, in nasivion the benzalkonium chloride solution is 0.03% whereas in neoclick its 0.01. I'm confused. Pls tell what to use?? I gave her steaming. I'm afraid that cold would trigger seizures. She's already on seizures medication

Hello doctor. My son is 6yrs old..3days back he had stomach pain with loose stool he went 4 times motions on that day.. I given him curd rice the whole day..stomach pain reduced. From Next day he was going only one time for motion but the stool is very loose..with smell.. stool is in yellow colour only..pls help me how to control it..thankyou
