Hi my baby boy is 3years age and weighing 11kg. He is having dry cough with cold sneezing. No fever. Please suggest the medicine for 3 year baby boy.

My baby boy age 50days he suffering cold from birth to till now...we used medicine, nasal spray...bit not cure...he having sound in his nose also...and also having bone in his middle of chest...my doubt is due to that bone he suffer cold aa...is any problem due to that bone... please tell me...

Hello doctor my baby is 11 month old ,on 16 sept he had runny nose and 100 fever but no cough  , doctor give him wikoryl and brozit syrup with antibiotics after two days he feel better but from 22 sept he had cough and runny nose then doctor give azee, Maxtra, ascoril, monter 3 kid syrup  and nebulizer but still there is cough and cold .he is active and playful.take feeding normally and pee normally.is there any serious health condition.please guide us .how many days cough last in babies.
