First I must ask you why did you stop breastfeeding.it is such a beautiful thing. It is good for babies inpresence and latter on .it prevents so many diseases like obesity DM, HBP Heart diseases and list is long. It is like inssurence to baby against many diseases. Why I am telling you to try again. Now formula feed has constipation. INCREASE FLUIDS. start banana. Toilet training. Just after feeds make your child sit on seat and train to pass stool . It will become like clock exactly at same time .

Since baby is only 2 months old, don't expect baby to Pass motion everyday. And if the baby is formula fed then constipation becomes worse. If there are no signs of discomfort like abdominal distension, vomiting or very hard stool then continue the same formula.
