4yr old vomiting
My 4yr old is having vomitting episodes since 2days.gave ondem,Montek ,rantic,oflamac.but no effect. He is vomitting even water.
Gave emeset 7ml injection and olfamac antibiotic in the evening and still vomitted at night. He is also complaining of stomach ache. He is passing urine 2-3 times a day . What should I do next?

Divert his mind take him out and feed him banana custard. Give ORS . Keep his hydration. You can give coconut water with soft mallai, you can give him ice cream. Or juice just to divert his mind. If nofever and is active, Passing stools, Relax. Give domstal syrup sos.
