  4. 4yr old peeing many times. I be worried?

4yr old peeing many times
My 4.5 yr old son is suddenly peeing everyhalf an hour since 2 days..no other issues.anount of urine is less.but he has urgency to urinate.no family history of diabetes.yis weight is 18kgs. Should i be worried? Or it will go away on its own.also he passes motion 2 or 3 times each day since long time.pls advice
