My son is just 3 months only and he is crying daily night same time not able to control his crying. What to do. Is ter any medicine for it

Greetings.  Baby is crying daily at same time. Many children cry when want to sleep. Pat on shoulder and walk around and do sing or pray.if can not be managed consult personally.
