Can colicaid drops be given daily?

My baby is 16 days old. She cries a lot in the night even after feeding. Can it be due to gas? Sometimes I give colicaid drops doubting about gas. Can it be given daily?

No,not required. Firstly,it's not for gas,it's a medicine for colic,which is NORMAL in babies up-to 3-4 months of age and more in evening and night time. All you have to do at that time is do NOT feed the baby,maintain a gap of atleast 2 to 2-1/2 hours inbetween breastfeeds,and burping for atleast 10 mins after every feed and also when he is crying because of colic. No other medicine is required.
