Colicaid drops is for colic pain and incessant cry due to gaseous abdomen. Neopeptine drops is to aid in digestive issues. Use these only if necessary and not regularly

Gas problem in newborn is usually due to aerophagia.
Proper feeding technique, Burping after feed will help you baby.
Role of above medicine is very less for infants.
