Giving neopeptine drops to 2 month old.
My baby vomiting frequently. At nights his nose congestion is due to putting fan. Doc prescribed 5 drops three times a day. My baby is gaining weight. But he vomits either immediately or after one hr after feed. Should I give neopeptine drops?

Useless medicine.
Commonest cause of vomiting at this age is regurgitation due to overfeeding.
Give feeds at regular gaps of atleast 3 hours,burp the baby well,and elevate his head and shoulders by keeping a cushion beneath.
For nasal block,use nasoclear drops.
