Today I found a small soft movable mass or lump on the left lower jaw side of my son. Please guide me as what needs to be done. He has no pain or discomfort

It may be lymph node. . Observe and watch. If increses., give mox soluble tablets three times a day . Age and weight not specified.Dose can be mentioned.consult with prior appointment.
