My 6 month old daughter having red rash like on back of scalp but when we touch that she cry it's painf ...my baby girl having lots of hairs on her head is it bcoz of hair she had rash nd rash are painful on touch or is it something else

Painful rash on scalp means infection. Use mox 125mg soluble tablets three times a day. For 5 days.Keep hygiene clean with betadine 2% locally once. And wash hair regularly. It is better to cut hair short. It helps in keeping hygiene.
