Child Health Issues

Hi, This is regarding my 3 n half year old . I am a working woman so I am unable to give my complete time to my child. I see him throwing tantrums a lot these days and starting with behavioural issues. Tried talking to him softly as well not working. His food intake reduced drastically, more into playing nowadays. Tried all methods still unable to change his food intake. please help me with this as he will start his schooling in a month .

Hi Doctor My daughter is 2.5 years and weighs 10.4kgs She had vomiting 4 days ago and now she isn't eating at all since 4 days. We are giving her entogermina and now stated with multivitamin as well since today..she is complaining of stomach ache Everytime..what to do? She is not at all eating..I am worried and she didn't poop since 4 days

My 2.5-year-old son, weighing 12.5 kg, took two deworming tablet Noworm 400 mg  14 days interval, 2 months ago. No worms were seen in his stool, but for the past few weeks he has been experiencing intense anal itching every night, which is disturbing his sleep. The anus area is cleaned daily with baby wash, and there is no redness or rash. Please advise.

Since last 2-3 years my daughter is frequently suffering from some skin allergy(red color rashes mostly in leg) and cough followed by fever. Even she needs nebulization with levoline and sometimes with budecort as she feels difficulty in breathing during this condition. Her IgE level was high when tested 2 years back. No specific test was done after that but as per my observation she must be allergic to some sweets and cold. I have consulted many pediatrics. But I need permanent solution as my child has suffered a lot. She has become very weak in these 2-3 years. Please guide me with this. Regards.

My Son is 6 months old and if he sleeps at night 11pm he wakes up at 5am but sometimes wakes up directly at 7am in the morning. Is it necessary to wake him up in the middle of the night to feed?

Today I got my daughter -4yr old vaccinated with menactra vaccine as per paediatric..Later I read that it's not recommended in India and it has side effects.I am worried that whether it was correct decision if it is recommended for only high risk children?

My 2 month old baby took his vaccination shot 10 days ago. I see redness and lump on vaccine site but there is no pain because when i press the site he does not show discomfort. But baby has become bit crancy for sometime in a day mostly at evening since vaccination is done. What should i do is it normal to have redness with lump common? I don't see any difference in redness since the day of vaccination it is not increased and not reduced as well.

Dear Doctors, I need your help. My four-year-old son hit his forehead on the ground, and it swelled up almost immediately. I applied ice right away to help reduce the swelling. I'm very concerned and have attached some images. Please let me know if this looks serious and advise me on what steps to take.
